WHAT DO YOU DO?
I provide speaking, consulting, and coaching services to equip people and organizations to discover purpose – their world-bettering reason for existence. I help organizations shift from a results mindset to a purposeful mindset, where an other-centered purpose becomes the group’s prime motivating force and most powerful leader. My specialties include shifting mindsets, organization development, organizational analysis, organizational culture diagnosis and change, and leadership development.

I exist to help people and organizations thrive by discovering and enacting purpose.
WHAT IMPACT ARE YOU MAKING?
I’ve worked with more than 20 large organizations to help them discover or re-discover a human-centered purpose and instill that purpose throughout their organizations. I’ve also worked with more than 22 educational institutions and more than 25,000 students on making the shift to a purposeful mindset to guide educational journeys which priorities the identification and pursuit of an other-centered purpose.
WHAT (OR WHO) INSPIRES YOU TO MAKE THIS IMPACT?
All of the people that are inevitably impacted by the people who have awakened their personal or organizational purpose!
WHAT’S YOUR BIG DREAM FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND THE IMPACT YOU WANT TO MAKE?
My goal is to incite massive systemic change in our educational systems and organizational systems which prioritizes impact over traditional “results.” I imagine a world in which every person has a sense of purpose.
WHAT RESOURCES DO YOU NEED TO MAKE THOSE DREAMS COME TRUE?
Partner organizations with wide influences who are ready to make a shift to purposeful leadership. I also need as many platforms and “influencers” with platforms to engage in conversations around purpose.
WHAT IS (OR HAS BEEN) YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?
The biggest challenge is changing the pervasive mindset that human beings are primarily motivated by acquiring and achieving things. Research repeatedly finds this is simply not true.
WHAT WORDS OF ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR OTHER LEADERS LOOKING TO MAKE AN IMPACT?
Action is the antidote to worry. A little bit of action is better than a lot of inaction.
