WHAT DO YOU DO?
Healbright makes online mental wellness courses. Our programs are used by small and large organizations looking to improve population health, and also directly by individual consumers.
WHY DO YOU DO IT?
Our mission is to make mental wellness accessible. We are working to create a new model of delivering mental health resources that everyone can have access to. We also work to fight the stigma associated with mental health issues.
WHAT IMPACT ARE YOU MAKING?
We have had thousands of people take our programs on topics like parenting, relationships, PTSD, meditation, sexuality, stress and more.
WHAT (OR WHO) INSPIRES YOU TO MAKE THIS IMPACT?
I was inspired to make this impact by working in the field as a psychotherapist. I saw firsthand how helpful therapy was for people, and also saw how many people didn’t have access to therapy, or didn’t go because of stigma or misconceptions. This motivated me to make a new model that could help more people than traditional therapy.
WHAT’S YOUR BIG DREAM FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND THE IMPACT YOU WANT TO MAKE?
My dream is to have one million people complete one of our mental wellness programs.

We have been a little too early to the market where not everyone values mental wellness.

Always stay true to your mission, but constantly get feedback and evolve your products and approach.
